Falay partnered with the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) to design and facilitate the final session of its Anti-Racism Accelerator. Through futures thinking, imagination, and transition design, participants co-created visions and pathways toward anti-racist futures in Finland.

Pilot program strengthening wellbeing, trust, and future-oriented thinking within Valmet’s sustainability leadership team.
